Pet Policy: $150 Refundable pet deposit + $150 One-time pet fee (for each dog or up to 2 cats). No additional monthly charges. Larger breeds will be considered.

Applications: $45 App Fee per person (Credit & Background). An application must be processed for all individuals who will be living in the apartment. Application results determine security deposit amount (Typically 1 month's rent). An approved application holds the unit for 2 days, after which a lease must be signed and security deposit paid.
